Cancellation policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off and we refund the rental in full.

Same-day cancellations are not refundable. If our driver arrives and cannot safely place the dumpster because of access, overhead wires, or an unprepared pad, a trip fee may apply.

Overweight loads, prohibited items, and debris stacked over the walls are billed after pickup and are not refundable.
